The first floor sitting area is bright, airy, and designed for unwinding together. Two separate seating areas provide space to spread out, whether you’re enjoying a quiet moment with a book or settling in for a film night. A large flat-screen Smart TV and DVD player make evenings in just as enjoyable as days out exploring.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfectly suited to shared meals and entertaining. Fully equipped with modern appliances including an induction hob, double oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer it makes holiday cooking effortless.

French doors open directly onto the south-facing deck, creating a seamless flow between indoor dining and al fresco meals in warmer months.

All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, offering flexible and family-friendly accommodation:

Bedroom One is a warm and inviting space, offering flexible sleeping arrangements as either twin beds or a luxurious super-king thanks to its zip-and-link design. Dressed in crisp white linens and soft neutral tones, the room enjoys a calm, restful feel and is complemented by the convenience of a private en-suite bathroom ideal for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Bedroom Two is a comfortable twin room with two single beds, thoughtfully styled with coastal-inspired artwork and soft, ambient lighting. Calm and practical, it offers a relaxed space for friends or family, with the added benefit of a private en-suite bathroom for extra comfort and convenience.

Bedroom Three is a cheerful bunk room, ideal for children or younger guests. Featuring sturdy wooden bunk beds, crisp white bedding and warm lighting, the space feels cosy, practical and fun perfect for restful nights after busy days exploring the coast.

Bedroom Four is a bright and comfortable twin room with two single beds, styled in relaxed coastal tones with charming artwork and soft lighting. With a calm, airy feel and plenty of space to unwind, it’s an ideal room for friends or family members looking for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The family bathroom is bright and well-appointed, featuring a full-size bath with shower attachment, wash basin and WC. Finished in neutral tones and filled with natural light, it offers a practical and comfortable space for relaxing baths or freshening up after a day at the beach. In addition, there is a separate upstairs cloakroom with WC for added convenience.

Outside Space

The mature, landscaped garden is a standout feature of Caldarvan. A spacious south-facing deck provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining, while the lawn offers plenty of room for children to play.

The unique garden pod creates a peaceful retreat ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply enjoying Cornwall’s long summer sunsets.
