Yes, absolutely. You’re free to stay in your property whenever you wish, with no limit on owner bookings, giving you complete flexibility while still benefiting from rental income.

While most guests take great care, accidents can happen. We manage the process from reporting and evidence collection through to resolution. We also take a damage deposit, agreed with you at onboarding, and carry out weekly property checks to help protect your property, quickly identify any issues, and minimise any financial impact.

Allowing pets can help increase bookings and year round occupancy, however the decision is completely yours based on what works best for your property. Where pets are accepted, we apply an additional fee for dogs.

We aim to onboard your property as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you can start receiving bookings and generating income without delay.
