Living
The open plan living space brings everyone together, with comfortable sofas and a woodburner for evenings indoors. Slate flooring suits the relaxed coastal setting, while large glass doors connect the room with the front deck. Choose a film on the Smart TV, enjoy Sky TV or simply unwind after a day exploring Cornwall’s beautiful beaches and coastal paths.
Eating & Dining
Prepare meals in the contemporary kitchen, chat over breakfast at the bar and gather around the dining table when dinner is ready. An oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher take care of the essentials. Bring Vertuo capsules for the Nespresso machine. The freezer and washer dryer are in the utility room, and the charcoal barbecue offers another option for meals outdoors.
Sleeping & Bathing
All three bedrooms are upstairs.
Bedroom 1: King size bed. A bright and relaxing bedroom with coastal-inspired furnishings and lovely glimpses of the sea.
Bedroom 2: King size zip and link bed, which can be arranged as twins on request. A light and airy bedroom with beautiful blue accents and glimpses of the sea.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, with a TV and PS4 with two controllers. A spacious, colourful bedroom, perfect for children or teenagers to relax after a day at the beach.
Family bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC. Bright, modern and thoughtfully designed for everyday comfort, offering a practical space to freshen up or enjoy a relaxing soak after a day exploring Cornwall.
Downstairs, a shower in the utility and wet room makes washing off after the beach straightforward, with a separate cloakroom WC also available.
Outside Space
The timber deck at the front of the house is a lovely place to sit with a drink or share a meal outside. Outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue are provided. An outdoor shower, a tap and hose help with sandy feet, dogs and beach equipment, while wetsuits can be hung in the utility room after surfing.
Parking
Parking is available for two cars. A 7 kW Zappi EV charger is available at £40 per vehicle per week. Please bring your own charging lead.
Accessibility
Penmorcom is arranged over two floors, with stairs to all bedrooms and the family bathroom. A shower and separate WC are available downstairs. Please contact SeaMoor Stays to discuss any access requirements before booking.
Babies & Children
Families are very welcome. A travel cot and highchair can be requested. The cot measures 105 cm long by 65 cm wide; please bring cot bedding. Having the beach so close makes it easy to return home between outings.
Dogs
Up to two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, please note, there is a £35.00 per dog fee. The outdoor shower is useful for rinsing paws after beach walks.

Famous for its golden sands and fantastic surfing, Polzeath is a wonderful spot for beach days, coastal walks and seaside dining. With surf schools, independent shops and cafés, there’s something for everyone.
Just a 5-minute walk from Penmorcom.
Daymer Bay Beach, Cornwall
A beautiful, sheltered sandy beach with stunning views across the Camel Estuary. Perfect for families, paddling and peaceful walks through the dunes, with the picturesque St Enodoc Church nearby.
Approximately 30–40 minutes’ walk along the coast or a short drive.
Rock & the Camel Estuary, Cornwall
Set along the beautiful Camel Estuary, Rock is known for its sailing, watersports, sandy beaches and excellent restaurants. Hop aboard the passenger ferry to Padstow for a lovely day exploring the harbour.

Port Isaac Fishing Village, Cornwall
Discover one of Cornwall’s prettiest fishing villages, with winding streets, traditional cottages and a charming working harbour. Famous as the filming location for Doc Martin, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy fresh seafood and spectacular coastal scenery.
